Yuval Tal M.D, Ph.D. is a specialist in Internal Medicine, Allergy and Clinical Immunology. He is currently the director of the Allergy and Clinical Immunology Unit at Hadassah, Hebrew University Medical Center.
Dr. Tal finished his Ph.D. dissertation at the Molecular Biology department, faculty of medicine of the Hebrew University in 2004 after completing BSc in Biology from Tel Aviv University and MSc from the Hebrew University. Dr. Tal obtained his BA.Med and MD from the same institute in parallel.
Dr. Tal serves in numerous additional positions within the Hadassah Hospital, the Hebrew University, in addition to national and international positions.
Among those, Dr. Tal is thedirector of Occupational Health Unit and the Chair of off-label drug therapy committee at Hadassah medical center.
Dr. Tal teaches multiple courses at the Hebrew University and is a consultant to the Ministry of Health. Dr. Tal is a board member of the Israeli Allergy & Clinical Immunology association and leads one of the biggest Clinical Immunology Units in Israel with an ample clinical studies and basic research.
Dr. Tal’s publications spans across the variety of fields within clinical immunology: from molecular immunology and immune deficiencies through autoimmunity and allergy.
He has published in leading medical journals and has presented in multiple national and international professional conferences.
Dr. Tal is the receiver of numerous research grants and honorary prizesboth for his basic and clinical researches.
